NorthPine Land, Inc. (NLI), trusted developer of lifestyle communities, unlocked a new milestone in Pampanga as it launched the NLI Sales Gallery.
After over 20 years of developing properties in the South (Cavite and Laguna) and Metro Manila (Pasig City and Antipolo City), NLI kicked off its 21st year in the business by introducing its Sales Gallery in Pampanga. This came after the launch of Montana Views, its maiden project in the Central Luzon.
NLI GM, Ferdinand Macabanti said, “The launch of a new NorthPine landmark fills us with much excitement and pride. We are geared to level up our presence in Pampanga and the rest of Central Luzon which is in line with our mission to improve the quality of life in the landscapes we settle in.”
The structure is composed of the main building where NLI’s projects are on exhibit and the Sales Office where homebuyer transactions will be accommodated.
According to NLI’s AVP for Technical Management Group, Paul Lamagna, “The gallery has a contemporary design that complements the Modern American theme of Montana Views where it is situated. The twin structure is adjoined by a trellised bridge, the reflecting ponds that envelope the building adds flair to its architectural character. This project exudes comfort and style which answers the needs of people with discerning tastes.”
The interior design of the gallery mirrors its architectural concept and showcases life-sized images of NLI’s portfolio of projects in bold colors and arresting composition.
Also in keeping with the Chinese New Year theme, guests were treated to a lion and dragon dance show which took place at the Sales Gallery and the entire model park of Montana Views. Exclusive promos and freebies during the event were also given away.
NLI is set to play a more dynamic part in the region and the Sales Gallery marked the company’s plans of developing more communities here.
