NorthPine Land, Inc. (NLI) fired up its Montana Views sellers as the trusted developer welcomed the year by unveiling the NLI Sales Gallery and rallying for change during its 2017 Kickoff.
The company’s leadership team, led by GM Ferdinand Macabanti, CFO Ben Tatunay and VP for Corporate Services, Wilma Fernando, headed the first sellers’ assembly for the year. The event was held at Montana Views, NLI’s maiden project in Central Luzon which was launched in July 2016.
The highlight of the night was the sneak-peek of the most-awaited NLI Sales Gallery, where NorthPine projects are showcased and sellers will do their business transactions. The two-part building is joined by a bridge over a series of reflecting ponds that embrace the entire structure. The gallery reflects a contemporary design that complements the Modern American theme of Montana Views where it is situated.
“NorthPine claims a year of change for Pampanga this 2017. This year we are poised to further change the Central Luzon landscape,” shared NLI’s GM, Ferdinand Macabanti.
The kickoff was inspired by “The Hunger Games” film and the battlecry, “CHANGE 2017: NorthPine Transcends.” NLI chose the mythical phoenix that carries the symbolisms for change, rebirth and resilience. These themes revolved around the encouragement of sellers for sales pledges and commitments in line with the announcement of NLI’s targets for the year.
NLI anticipates a demanding year and this early, the team is ready and able to thrust the company forward.
