A Romantic And Indulgent Valentine’s Day At City Of Dreams Manila

At City of Dreams Manila, romantic ‘Valentine’s Day’ celebrations filled with gastronomic delights await diners at the luxury integrated resort’s award-winning restaurants: Crystal Dragon, Nobu Manila, Red Ginger and other 20 dining options.

Couples and families alike can impress their loved ones with an epicurean experience through the Valentine’s set menu at Crystal Dragon, Valentine’s Omakase dinner at Nobu, a decadent chocolate fondue dessert at Red Ginger, and sweet delights at Café Society.

Shredded Roasted Duck with Fresh Fruit Salad in Dressing

Crystal Dragon, the premium Cantonese and regional Chinese restaurant of City of Dreams Manila and voted recently as one of the top 20 restaurants in the Philippine Tatler’s Best Restaurant Guide for the second year in a row, offers a spectacular Valentine’s five-course lunch and dinner set menus for couples. The indulgent gastronomic affair starts off with Shredded Roasted Duck with Fresh Fruit Salad in Dressing; followed by Steamed Sea Treasures, Scallop and Truffle Dumpling with Pumpkin Broth and the Oven Baked Marinated Cod Fish Fillet Topped with Cheese and Fragrant Garlic. A Cupid Dessert Plate and a Soy Milk Pudding with Mango Caviar, Heart-Shaped Espresso Chocolate Cremeux, Red Bean Parfait and Wolfberry cap off the exquisite meal. The menu is served with fragrant Jasmine Tea.

Clear Soup with Asari Clam

Crystal Dragon’s Valentine’s Day menus are offered from February 13 to 15 for P3,980++ per person for a minimum of two guests.

Couples can indulge in Nobu’s Japanese-Peruvian Omakase menu on February 13 and 14 at P3,999++ per person, with a Nobu Manila Sweet Masu Box with Petit Fours and Origami Flower as a signature token. Setting the romantic mood is a heavenly seven-course dinner that starts with the Sashimi Duo of Yellowtail Jalapeño and Oyster New Style Caviar, followed by the Sushi Trio: Tuna Tataki with Maui Onion Salsa, Snapper Dry Miso and Octopus Tiradito and a Salmon Sashimi Salad with Goma Dressing. The Crispy Scallop Phyllo introduces the entrée of Beef Tenderloin Uni Butter and Clear Soup with Asari Clam. A sweet ending to the dinner is the Chocolate Royale with Fresh Berries.

Valentine’s Chocolate Fondue

Following a hearty meal of Southeast Asian specialties, couples can share a special Valentine’s treat at Red Ginger as the venue offers a chocolate fondue with a choice from white chocolate, strawberries and pink peppercorn, Bailey’s dulce de leche, and dark chocolate and sea salt. These are served with assorted tropical fruits, coconut marshmallows, pili nut brownies and pandan cakes. The Valentine’s chocolate fondue is priced at P320+ and will be be available from February 7 to 14.

From February 9 to 15, Café Society offers Valentine’s Day-themed bouquets,assorted chocolates, pralines, cakes, macarons and an adorable teddy bear as individual gifts or to fill a Valentine hamper.

Steamed Sea Treasures, Scallop and Truffle Dumpling with Pumpkin Broth

Couples can likewise sample a wide selection of gastronomic experiences at other City of Dreams Manila restaurants including poolside dining at Breezes and Wave;lunch and snack time bento-style dishes and sweet treats at Nobu Lounge; lunch and dinner buffet at The Café at the Hyatt; 24-hour casual dining at Noodl8; sumptuous Italian fare at Prego; premium steaks at Ruby Jack’s; exceptional Japanese cuisine at Hide Yamamoto; authentic Taiwanese cuisine at Taipei Ding Xian 101; Western comfort food at Erwin’s Gastropub; Korean dishes at O Kitchen; Filipino favorites at Apu; and post-dinner drinks at Chaos Nightclub, Crystal Lounge, and CenterPlay where top bands perform from 6 PM to 1 AM.
