Seda Vertis North, the sixth property of the Seda brand by AyalaLand Hotels and Resorts, is now open at the emerging Vertis North business and commercial district in Diliman, Quezon City.

Seda Vertis North is the first large format hotel of the homegrown chain, offering 438 guestrooms and suites. Owing to the newfound popularity of Quezon City as a corporate location, Seda Vertis North was designed as the premier and biggest hotel catering to business travellers in the northern part of the metropolis.

Seda Vertis North Hotel – Lobby

The hotel’s expansive lobby is already a talking point owing to its stylish design and size that is unique to Quezon City. For all-day dining, it has a 250-seat full scale international restaurant called Misto, featuring a show kitchen and impressive buffet that will change with the seasons and guests’ tastes. Moreover, its pillarless Quezon Ballroom that can seat up to 500 guests, is expected to make the hotel a favored wedding reception venue of couples from the northern part of the Metro, or a cocktail venue for social and corporate events with up to 700 attendees.

Seda Vertis North Hotel – Premier Room

Deluxe rooms and studio-style Premier Rooms are ideal options for individual travelers. Suites, with a separate master bedroom and living room, are perfect for families or guests who require more spacious accommodations.

Opening in the next few months is the Club Lounge with its array of additional perks and privileges, as well as the Presidential Suite, a Chinese restaurant, and Straight Up, Seda’s signature rooftop bar, on the 24th level offering expansive views of the city skyline.

Other hotel facilities and services include the Club Lounge, e-lounge, adults’ and children’s pools, gym and spa with steam and sauna, in-room dining, concierge, bell service, parking and valet, laundry and dry cleaning, airport and city transfers, and daily housekeeping.

Other Seda hotels are located in BGC, Taguig, where a second tower is being added; Cagayan De Oro City; Davao City; NUVALI, Laguna; and Iloilo City. More Seda hotels are opening in the next three years in Metro Manila and other key destinations in the Philippines.

Seda Vertis North is located at Astra cor. Lux Drives, Vertis North, Quezon City.
