Red Ginger restaurant, City of Dreams Manila’s Southeast Asian dining destination, is offering authentic Singaporean hawker cuisine for lunch and dinner until the end of June. The curated Singaporean hawker ala carte menu reflects the various cultural influences and rich diversity of the Lion City.

Kepak Ayam Goreng

Delectable dishes ideal for sharing with family and friends highlight Singapore’s beloved fare, including the Claypot Fish Head Curry – a lapu-lapu fish head in tamarind curry gravy, eggplant and okra, served with Jasmine rice; and Singapore Chili Crab – mud crab cooked in sweet chili garlic sauce, capsicum, baby bok choy and served with fried mantou (Chinese steamed buns).

Hokkien Noodle

The Babi Chin, or braised pork belly in sugar cane, dried mushroom, Gai lan (Chinese broccoli) and Jasmine rice, is also a must-try. For hot noodle soup cravings, the Hokkien Noodle dish combines stir-fried vermicelli and thick yellow noodles with savory seafood such as prawns, squid, and fish cake as well as bean sprouts, garlic, chives and sambal for that authentic Singaporean flair. Lastly, the Kepak Ayam Goreng gives chicken wings an Asian twist with shrimp paste, baby cucumber salad and five spice dipping sauce.
