In support of the Department of Education’s (DepEd) “Brigada Eskwela” campaign, leading call center and outsourcing services provider, TELUS International Philippines (TIP), in partnership with Hands on Manila Foundation Inc., is gearing up to give back and extend its TELUS Days of Giving program to Rosauro Almario Elementary School in Tondo, Manila on May 13, 2017.

Empowered by the company’s “we give where we live” philosophy, over 3,000 team members across all five TIP sites and volunteers from partner organizations are expected to join the event. Activities will include classroom painting, chair refurbishment, gardening, dental mission, art activities, disaster preparedness and resiliency workshops, construction of a new kindergarten classroom, and a livelihood workshop for the school’s surrounding community.

Widely recognized for its corporate social responsibility programs, TIP has been a Brigada Eskwela partner since 2014 and has helped over 25,000 grade school and high school students in four Metro Manila public schools to date.
