After a seven year-hiatus from recording, Vina Morales commemorates her three decades in the industry with an album under Star Music entitled “Vina XXX.”

According to the singer-actress, “Vina XXX” is her way of thanking her supporters who continue to support her singing and acting career.

“I’m grateful and inspired that I reached 30 years in the business. To reach 30 is a milestone. I never would have made it this far if it weren’t for the people who helped me,” said Vina. “And now I’m inspired more than ever to work some more and looking forward to giving back to my supporters through my album.”

The album is composed of seven original tracks, one revival and their minus one versions, including “Eres Mio” written by Rox Santos, and “Laro” by Edwin Marollano. It also includes a revival track, “Lagay ng Puso” by Raizo Chabeldin and Rox Santos originally sang by Bryan Termulo.

Another must-hear for fans is a mother-daughter duet entitled “Pag-ibig Na Walang Hangganan,” written by Jungee Marcelo, which Vina sang with her seven-year-old daughter Ceana.

“My latest album is a dream come true because I was able to record a song with my daughter,” shared Vina. “She was shy at first but was able to sing her part very well.”

When asked if she wants Ceana to follow in her footsteps, Vina said, “She will have my full support, but of course she needs to finish her studies.”

Completing the track list are Chie Floresca and Jonathan Manalo’s composition “Maghihintay Kailanman,” Jamie Rivera’s “I Want Love To Stay,” Atty. Loreto C. Ata’s “To Live For Each Other,” and a Theo Remix of Roque “Rox” B. Santos’ “Eres Mio.”

“Vina XXX,” over-all produced by Rox B. Santos and Raizo Chabeldin, is now available at all record bars nationwide for only P299. Digital tracks can also be downloaded via online music stores such as ABS-CBN Store, iTunes, Mymusicstore.com.ph, Amazon.com, OneMusic.ph, and Starmusic.ph.
