Red Bull Records recording trio Warm Brew releases their newest single, “Full Effect (feat. Dom Kennedy)”. Produced by frequent collaborator DeUno (“Gang Signs” for The Game), the melodically driven track perfectly blends Warm Brew’s modern take on a classic west coast style with a classic Dom Kennedy verse. The song, which premiered on LA Weekly.com and is available on all music platforms, is the first look into their as yet untitled Red Bull Records debut album due out later this year.
Serk: “The song is on some player shit. The song is a vibe. It’s an ode to generations past present and future and it reminds me of something my uncle would’ve showed me so I want to show my nephew.”
Ray: “First time we played it for Dom, he was instantly trying to hop on it, and of course, we were down. It’s always dope creating with somebody who’s helped you progress to where you are in your career. The record just gives you this smooth throwback feeling in a fresh and present way.”
“Full Effect” comes on the heels of the recently released video for the Hippie Sabotage produced track, “Let’s Get Paid”. The video, directed by Panamera, was premiered Tuesday, July 11th, on XXLmag.com. Check out the video here.
