“Oyayi,” the award-winning and values-laden children’s show is back, this time every Wednesday at 8:00 am and 6:00 pm on Knowledge Channel.
A kiddie favorite every Sunday on ABS-CBN in years past, “Oyayi” hops on to its new home to teach kids love for family and other practical values in life such as appreciation for the arts and culture, preservation and conservation of our environment and natural resources, the wise and responsible use of technology and social media, and disaster preparedness.
Let your kids join Kuya Maki (Icko Gonzales) and the friendly endangered creatures of Oyayi island: Tama Raw, Bon Haribon, Diva Butanding, Tarsiera, and Dok Pil, as they embark on exciting adventures that will test their strength, knowledge and friendship against the evil Dr. Kuwago Zhibago and his Tor-Nil-Yon henchmen.
“Oyayi” was awarded as the Best Children and Youth Program at the 39th Catholic Mass Media Awards (CMMA) and Best Children’s Show at the 15th Gawad Tanglaw Awards.
