City of Dreams Manila is changing the landscape of entertainment and dining as it unveils The Garage last October 14.
The new attraction is a VR Zone and food park that enables guests to delve into the immersive experience of virtual reality entertainment and delight in great food from the carefully curated selection of food and beverage trucks and trailers.
Bandai Namco Amusement from Japan, one of the world’s leading video game development and production companies, provides the virtual reality experience at the VR Zone.

Set to be a thrilling attraction for millennials and family outings, The Garage will feature an exhilarating line up of games at the VR Zone in partnership with Bandai Namco: Mario Kart Arcade GP VR which was developed by Bandai Namco under license from Nintendo, Hospital Escape Terror, and Ski Rodeo.

The virtual reality experience provided by a leader in video digital entertainment development is complemented by quality food and beverage choices offered by the hippest and contemporary food and beverage partners and the resort’s own talented staff. The enticing gastronomic delights consist of Japanese, Filipino, American, Vietnamese, Mexican and Italian fare; a chocolate shop; and a bar for beverage and spirits, which have been carefully curated to redefine casual dining. The 10 outlets set to whet the crowd’s appetite are: Hokkaido Ramen Santouka, Katsu Sora, Pink’s Hot Dog, Little Flour, Farmacy, , El Chupacabra, Pizza Grigliata, and three outlets operated by the luxury resort –Chocol8, Juiced and The Roaster.
Situated in a 2,714-square meter air-conditioned space, the 563-capacity new facility set in modern industrial interiors, is designed by award-winning Paris-based creative design agency, Malherbe Design in collaboration with Westar Architectural Design, a group known for its strong sensitivity to contemporary design aesthetics. The Garage is further given life and vibrancy with graffiti works of two prominent names in the Philippine street art scene: Kookoo Ramos and Dee Jae Paeste.
The Garage, situated at the upper ground level towards the end of The Shops at the Boulevard, will be the latest unique entertainment facility at the luxury integrated resort after DreamPlay, the only DreamWorks-inspired play space in the world. For the ease of guests, the new facility offers the resort’s customary free parking spaces.
