Trusted industry leader Jardine Distribution has signed up PBA courtside reporter and model Rizza Diaz as the newest face of its 2019 calendar.
Diaz, who has been highly visible at PBA games since 2013, launched her sportscasting career in the collegiate level when she was courtside reporter for the National University Bulldogs in the UAAP. She has also pursued a career in modeling, gracing the pages of men’s magazine FHM both here in the Philippines and in Singapore.
During her contract signing with JDI officials last August 2, 2018 at F8 Imaging Studio in Makati City, the 27-year-old Diaz expressed her excitement in working with what she considers a “trusted and credible” company.
“I didn’t have to think twice about signing up with JDI, knowing that consumers, particularly homeowners, building professionals, and those from the agricultural sector, have always relied on it for their needs,” said Diaz.
During the contract signing, which was attended by Mr. Edwin H. Hernandez, JDI president; AVP for Construction Supplies Ms. Peachy C. Tiu; and AVP for Agro Products Mr. Robert L. Littaua, company officials warmly welcomed Diaz into the JDI family.
“Every year, we collaborate with different talents to give a young and vibrant face to the brand as it ushers in another year,” Hernandez said. “We are very happy that Rizza Diaz has agreed to doing this project with us, and we are even more enthusiastic to work with her in the coming year.”
