DoubleDragon Properties Corp. (DD) inaugurated recently the DoubleDragon Plaza at the DD Meridian Park. DoubleDragon Plaza has over 130,000 square meters of leasable space and will form part of the DD Meridian Park complex with 280,000 square meters of leasable space and will have a capacity of 50,000 employees of its tenants.
The new property has more than 2,200 parking slots across three floors, making it one of the most convenient places for shopping and dining in the area. DoubleDragon Plaza is also certified in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). The ground floor features various restaurants, including Islas Pinas, an indoor Filipino food and heritage village, set to open in June.
