Filinvest City, Filinvest Alabang, Inc.‘s flagship central business district in Metro South, has received government approval for its enhanced masterplan that harmonizes modern conveniences and nature through more sustainable and green-oriented features.
With the go-ahead, Filinvest City can now fully implement plans for additional open spaces to transform them into functional areas like parks.
In the pipeline are the Central Park and Creekside Park, which will strengthen Filinvest Citys image as a true green community. A progressive central business district with the highest potential value, Filinvest City keeps in step with the needs of contemporary city dwellers by using the best practices in urban planning. The innovations are deliberately designed to make the development a model township where businesses will grow sustainably.
