Sophie’s Gourmet is engaged in the manufacture of bottled gourmet sardines since 2015 for the local market. We cater to both the consumers’ demand for healthy-options and convenience.

The Sophie’s brand came from the nickname of our mother, Supeña. Tagged as “mommy’s language of love”, the brand serves as our tribute to her love and her love for cooking. Not to mention our family’s love for good food.

Our sardines are made of fresh or dried fish cooked in corn oil, dried kamias, with spices and chili or lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary and spices, packed in hermetically sealed bottle jars.
