Multiple GRAMMY® Award winner Jason Mraz has announced the release of his hugely anticipated new studio album. Know. arrives at all music retailers and streaming services on Friday, August 10th, with the pre-order beginning today here.
The album serves as a follow-up to the 2014 LP “YES!”, and is Mraz’s first full-length studio recording in over four years. Know. is heralded by today’s premiere of a new song, “Unlonely,” available for purchase at all DSPs and streaming services. The track comes accompanied by an official visualizer, streaming now at the official Jason Mraz official YouTube channel here.
Know. is further highlighted by Mraz’s current smash single, “Have It All” which he performed this morning on the nationally syndicated LIVE WITH KELLY AND RYAN – watch here. Currently ascending the Top 15 at Hot AC radio outlets nationwide while also earning more than 4.5 million streams in the U.S. alone, “Have It All” was recently joined by a very special acoustic version of the song, available for purchase and streaming here.
Originally conceived after Mraz received and translated a blessing from a Buddhist monk during a moving visit to Myanmar in 2012, “Have It All” is joined by an official music video, now boasting nearly 5 million views at Mraz’s official YouTube channel. Directed by longtime collaborator Darren Doane (“I’m Yours,” “Make It Mine,” “Lucky”), the visual captures the song’s bright spirit with a stroll through Mraz’s hometown of Richmond, VA, joined by students from Turnaround Arts and the School of the Performing Arts in the Richmond Community (SPARC), as well as actors Katie Grober (Waitress) and Greg Grunberg (Alias, Heroes).
Know. will be preceded by a special one-day theatrical event through Fathom Events in select cinemas nationwide on August 7th. “JASON MRAZ – HAVE IT ALL THE MOVIE,” will tell the story of Know. with documentary footage directed by the aforementioned Darren Doane alongside all new concert footage to be filmed this summer in Los Angeles. Additionally Mraz will give a special release day performance on the TODAY Show’s Citi Concert Series on Friday, August 10th. That concert will be preceded by a performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!’s Outdoor Stage on Wednesday, July 11th.
As if all that weren’t enough, Mraz will further herald Know. with a hugely anticipated North American summer tour. “GOOD VIBES” – which sees Mraz joined by his SuperBand and featuring special guest Brett Dennen – begins Wednesday, July 25th with a sold out show at Grand Rapids, MI’s Meijer Gardens and then continues through early September .
