Chefs from different kitchens will be preparing unique dishes as well as Spiral’s signature favorites. Witness firsthand how the Singaporean Chilli Crab is given a quirky French twist or the Foie Gras given a Chinese touch with the Foie Gras Xiao Long Bao at Spiral’s Chinese Wok. Culinary artisans add a little Asian flavor to the Spanish Paella with a Korean infusion of Kimchi Chorizo at the Korean Atelier. Classic sushi rolls will be given a touch of East meets West with Maki Burgers at the Sushi and Sashimi Atelier. Discover the exotic combination of Indian cottage cheese and the Mexican tortilla with the Indian Butter Paneer Burritos at the North Indian Atelier. The Korean Atelier gives a fun twist to the classic tacos with the Korean Salmon Tacos. In an interesting flavorsome Italian – Indian combination, Spiral’s master chefs present the Chicken Makhani Pizza where the mild spice of curry replaces the traditional tomato sauce while chicken makhani (butter chicken) serves as toppings on the pizza. The Thai Atelier heats up the French Stove with the Tom Yum Chicken Wings. Over at the French Stove, the hearty clam chowder is enhanced with a Japanese spin with the Japanese Clam Chowder. Indulge in more fusion presentations at the Patisserie including the Mango Avocado Biscotti Crumble, Raspberry Jelly and Coconut Macaroons and moist cupcakes with cute His & Her animal frostings at La Patisserie.
