Sitel Group reinforced its commitment to help prepare the next generation of customer service professionals through its new and unique partnership with Jobstart Philippines. Developed in collaboration between the Department of Labor and Employment’s (DOLE), Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), the Jobstart program aims to make the youth more employable by providing them access to technical and life skills training most sought-after skills by potential employers.

Sitel Group is the first ever industry partner of Jobstart Philippines, having signed up into the program in Puerto Princesa, Palawan in 2016. Since them, Sitel has hired almost 50 percent of the initial Jobstart participants the company has interned. With this new partnership in Baguio, the company will provide local residents with training and mentoring for customer service and digital skill enabling them for new career opportunities.
