SKYdirect subscribers nationwide now can choose what channels to add to their basic plan using SKYdirect Select.
Available to all prepaid and postpaid plans, SKYdirect Select lets subscribers design their channel lineup by adding individual channels that they want to include in their basic subscription.
This ‘a la carte’ option allows SKYdirect subscribers to choose and add channels according to the viewing needs of each member of the family.
Movie aficionados can binge blockbusters on PBO, TMC, and Blue Ant Entertainment, each at P20/month. Dads can have access to daily news updates on ANC (P20/month), as moms can enjoy great cooking tips or travel hacks via the Metro Channel and TLC, each at P20/month.
Meanwhile, kids can watch the best of Nickelodeon (P50/month) or Nickelodeon Jr. (P50/month), while fans of all things Korean can unleash their inner fanatic by tuning into KBS World (P50/month).
Other channels available on SKYdirect Select include SLTV for sabong viewers (P1,000/month) and History HD (P50/month).
“SKYdirect Select gives our subscribers the flexibility to build their channel listing by adding specific channels for the family’s better viewing experience,” Abigail Ng Sy, SKYdirect Product Head said.
SKYdirect is the direct-to-home television service of SKY that uses satellite technology to reach Filipino homes across the country. It currently offers prepaid and postpaid plans ranging from Plans 99, 150, 250, and 450.
To view the list of available channels on the Select, prepaid subscribers can text SELECT LIST to 23667 to check the channel list codes. After picking a specific add-on channel, subscribers can text SELECT (space) (CHANNEL CODE) (space) (BOX ID) to 23667.
Meanwhile, postpaid subscribers need to text SKY to 23668 to avail of SKYdirect Select.
