Fresh from its win last Sunday (June 10) of the Best Adapted Screenplay award at the 66th Famas Awards, the film adaption of the Palanca Award-winning musical play by Vincent de Jesus, “Changing Partners” is making its way to the small screen.
The movie directed by Dan Villegas revolves around Alex (Agot Isidro) and Cris (Sandrino Martin), and how they cope with the breakdown of their relationships. Agot’s performance, meanwhile, landed her the Best Actress award for her portrayal of a woman fighting for love.
Meanwhile Gerald Anderson and Pia Wurtzbach’s first team-up, “My Perfect You,” tells the story of Burn (Gerald), a broken-hearted man and Abi (Pia), the woman who will try to make his life bright again. The films shows how love blossomed between the two.
