The best dance groups in the country will go head to head when the biggest dance competition in the world makes its way to our shores with “World of Dance Philippines,” which will air on ABS-CBN.
Auditions for amateur or professional dancers and dance groups who want to join the show, originally aired in the United States on NBC, is now open.
Dancers of any genre may choose to join one of three categories: Junior for dancers eight to 17 years old, Upper for dancers and dance groups with one to four members who are 18 years old and above, and Team for dance groups with five or more members who are 18 years old and above.
Participating individual and group dancers will go through three rounds, namely, Qualifier, Duels, and The Cut, until they reach the Division finals, where only one representative per division will go through to the Grand Finals.
The grand champion will take home a cash prize and will get to go on an all-expenses paid trip to the U.S. to audition for “World of Dance.”
