In over 20 years of its real estate venture, the immediate South has already become a home to the prestigious communities developed by NorthPine Land, Inc. (NLI).
The company’s drive to expand its footprint in the region amplified with Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), soon to transpire, which will certainly prompt a major economic upswing.
CALAX, a project implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), kicked off its construction in 2017. According to the Public-Private Partnership Center (PPP), its Laguna segment is almost 40% complete and the development of the Cavite section recently commenced in March 22, 2019.
PPP shared that this 4-lane infrastructure project, which will connect Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX) and South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), aims to provide faster, safer, more comfortable and reliable route between Bacoor and Kawit, Cavite areas, and the Laguna and SLEX zones. In the long run, this is expected to help boost trade and socio-economic activities around them.
Trade Undersecretary and Board of Investments (BOI) Managing Head Ceferino Rodolfo foresees that CALAX will bring an enormous economic progress in Laguna and Cavite, two of the country’s fastest-growing commercial centers. He said, “it will greatly ease the movement of goods and services in the area, further boosting the economic activities in the Southern Tagalog region and create jobs.”
With its roster of stunning developments in Cavite, NorthPine Land is always on its toes to step up its game in the South. The company has several projects lined up this 2019 to provide more living spaces where families can experience a life with comfort, convenience and abounding opportunities.
