Entrepreneurs, bakers and home cooks are invited to Technolux Business Series (TBS) at Mall of Kitchens on November 22. Registration starts at 1:30 pm.
This event, dubbed Christmas Creations, will teach participants how to create holiday-inspired cakes, pastries and chocolates. It is presented by Puratos in cooperation with Culinary Best Source, Inc. (CBSI), a division of Technolux, the countrys largest importer and supplier of a complete line of foodservice, small wares and laundry equipment for 44 years.
Christmas Creations will also show the participants what are the best beverage applications using Monin, the worlds leading producer of the finest flavored syrups and sauces. TBS is held regularly by Technolux to introduce world-class kitchen equipment and quality ingredients to foodpreneurs, chefs and enterprises engaged in the F & B industry.
