Makati Medical Center, a top hospital in the Philippines, invites parents and parents-to-be to a free series of lay forums titled, “Pregnancy & Beyond.”
Now on its 10 th year, the monthly lay forum features MakatiMed’s doctors from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Department of Pediatrics to share what moms and dads need to understand about parenthood, as well the mom-to-be’s journey from prenatal to post-pregnancy.
The forums cover a range of topics scheduled throughout the year. On April 27, learn about Setting Expectations: A Guide to EINC (Essential Intropartum and Newborn Care), Newborn Baby Care, and Breastfeeding FAQs at the 8th Floor Auditorium Tower 2, Makati Medical Center.

MakatiMed’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology has been offering this series of lay forums with the Department of Pediatrics since 2010 to promote pre- and postnatal care, safe infant care practices, breastfeeding and pediatric development.
