Culinary Best Source Inc. (CBSI), a division of Technolux, will partner with two leading food brands Van Houten Professional and Monin Creative Flavor Solutions—for Technolux’s Business Series (TBS) on October 17, 2019 at 2 pm. The venue is Mall of Kitchens in Makati City.
Technolux is the country’s largest importer and supplier of a complete line of foodservice, small wares and laundry equipment for 44 years.
Van Houten Professional, the pioneers in Cocoa on a quest for professional quality and European Heritage, is a brand of Barry Callebaut, the worlds leading manufacturer of high quality chocolates and other cocoa products from Belgium while Monin is touted to be the world’s leading brand in premium flavorings for cocktails, coffee and other culinary applications. These brands will give home bakers and foodpreneurs samples of delicious sweets and beverages pairings.
During the TBS, pastry chefs from Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts will conduct baking demos (featuring chocolate tarts, baked brioche with chocolate ganache and filling, fudge brownies, and raspberry chocolate cupcakes, among others) using Van Houten Professional compound chocolates. Beverage Innovators from Monin, meanwhile, will pair these pastries with coffee, blended, iced and hot beverages using its premium flavorings.
TBS is held regularly by Technolux to introduce world-class kitchen equipment and quality ingredients to foodpreneurs, chefs and enterprises engaged in the F & B industry. The series is also aimed at helping them discover what will work best for their businesses through product demos and engagements with guest speakers from different countries.
