Disney’s The Lion King was shown on a scale as grand as the African Savanna, as Resorts World Manila (RWM) transforms the Newport Performing Arts Theater (NPAT) into a movie-house like no other for a one-night, red-carpet screening last July 17, 2019.
Viewers enjoyed the thrill of watching the live-action retelling of the beloved tale in the vast, luxurious theater with 1,500 of their fellow fans in this Grand Cinema Night. Guests were also treated to pre- and post-show entertainment featuring music from the movie played by a 10-piece orchestral ensemble at the NPAT vestibule.
