RISE is the new song by Quest, an anthem that celebrates everyone’s contribution amidst the pandemic to help out our front liners. In these times, we feel as though we are trapped indoors and our social life takes a hit. Without
knowing that these front liners – the nurses, the doctors, the military, social workers – are sacrificing their health and time away from their families as they try to get everyone tested and cured from Covid 19.
Musicians are getting creative and are helping out people make it though their
respective struggles and helping causes from their living room studios. News
about a doctor getting infected and passing away in the line of duty,
government is doing all that they can to keep everyone safe amidst the division
from everyones political stance – we need music, now more than ever, to make sense of things.
Quest went on Facebook with his followers and was able to raise Php 75,100 and made up the lyrics, crowd sourcing parts of it, which eventually lead to piecing “RISE” together.

We are all affected by what happens during these times and no matter what it is you are going thru, this song ask of you to rise above the noise and help out our
front liners.
“The idea was to do an on the spot song writing with my Team Quest during our
fund-raising live stream to #FightCOVID19. We ended up creating an anthem. Words are powerful. We are powerful. Let’s all be beacons of hope during this season and let us all unite to rise to the occasion.” Quest mentions.
The official audio is now up on YouTube, and the song will be released under
Warner Music Philippines. Quest also sourced out photos of front liners to be used in the lyric video, subscribe to the channel and be amongst the first to see it when he launches it. Quest will also make sure that 100% of his royalty from ‘Rise’ willbe given to PGH Medical Foundation.
