Fresh from the successful release of “Kulay,” BGYO continues to showcase its unwavering talent all over the world as the group dropped its first album, “The Light” today (Oct. 7).

BGYO’s long-awaited album, which transcends the spirit of resilience, empathy, and love, has twelve tracks. “The Light’s” carrier single is “When I’m With You,” a laid-back EDM pop beat that is dedicated to their fans, the ACEs. Following the album drop is the same-day premiere of “When I’m With You’s” music video.

The album also includes new tracks “Kundiman,” “Fly Away,” “Sabay,” and “Rocketman,” which are co-written by some of the BGYO members. It also carries the group’s debut single “The Light,” its Bahasa, Japanese, Thai, and Spanish versions, plus the 2021 Asian Academy Creative Awards Best Theme Song “He’s Into Her” and “The Baddest.”

Alongside its release of “The Light,” BGYO and its sibling group BINI are chosen as MTV Asia’s Spotlight Artists for October and November. Watch their exclusive weekly features, interviews, and performances across the music channel’s various platforms.

Don’t miss the drop of BINI’s first album titled “Born to Win” on October 14 (Thursday).

Both groups are also preparing for their sibling concert, “One Dream: The BINI & BGYO Concert,” slated on November 6 and 7. SVIP tickets are available at P1,950 or US$39.99, which gives fans access to the two shows, and fan meet on KTX.PH, while VIP tickets are available at P1,490 or US$29.99 on KTX.PH, iWantTFC, and TFC IPTV and will provide access to the two shows.
