LE MARCHÉ DE NOËL AT THE LOBBY
Sofitel Manila’s grand lobby transports guests to a picturesque Christmas village filled with seasonal treats such as mulled wine, Pomme d’amour, waffles, roasted chestnuts, and savoury pretzels. Over at Le Bar’s Galette, festive sweets abound such as Yule logs, Santa pralines, nougat, and a hearty selection of pastries.
Le Marché de Noël at the Sofitel lobby is available on November 1 until December 31, 2021.
UN JOYEUX NOËL AT SPIRAL
This Christmas and New Year, Spiral presents a feast for the senses across 21 interactive ateliers featuring a special holiday menu that includes suckling pig with paella, tomahawk steak, wagyu beef leg, truffle and foie gras wellington, a crudo bar of salmon seacuterie, a wonderland of desserts and pastries such as a soufflé and choco lava station, strawberry mille feuille, Paris-Brest, and so much more. Noche Buena and Media Noche celebrations are made more heartwarming with live musical renditions from B-Side.
Spiral’s holiday special is available on December 24, 25, 31, 2021 and January 1, 2022. Rates are set as follows:

AL FRESCO YULETIDE FAIR AT THE FOOD TRUCK
The Food Truck presents a chock-full menu of smokehouse-grilled meats and food truck fare on Christmas and New Year weekends. Perfect for a laid-back get-together with family and loved ones and set amid a lush bayside garden, The Food Truck’s festive spread includes unlimited servings of truffle burger sliders, soft shell crab tacos, octopus and pork sinuglaw, smoked prime rib, lamb leg, smoked turkey, poke bowls, and much more, paired with free-flowing Champagne, wine, cocktails, soda, and juices. All of this while relaxing to the picturesque view of the Manila Bay sunset makes for a truly unforgettable holiday celebration.
The Food Truck’s Al Fresco Yuletide Fair is available for dinner at 6pm-10.30pm on December 24, 25, 31, 2021 and January 1, 2022. Rates are set at Php 4,900 nett on December 24 and Php 5,900 nett on December 31.
FESTIVE SPIRAL AT HOME
Intimate Christmas celebrations are made even more exquisite as Spiral presents a limited offering of a festive Spiral at Home, a specially-curated menu of the iconic restaurant’s signature dishes from across its prestigious 21 dining ateliers. Best enjoyed with family and friends for Christmas, New Year, and all other holiday feasts in between, these heartwarming specialties are offered in two sets: the Classic Christmas Dinner and Ilustrado Christmas Dinner.
The Classic Christmas Dinner includes a 4-6kg whole roasted turkey or 3.5kg US prime rib; 3kg truffled beef wellington; sausage and herb bread stuffing, maple glazed root vegetables, French beans with pickled mustard seeds, potatoes sarladaise, artisan bread rolls as sides; choice of cranberry juice or mustard selection, and pan gravy or red wine jus for condiments.
The Ilustrado Christmas Dinner includes a cochinillo (5-6kg roast suckling pig) and paella valenciana, with patatas bravas, roasted Mediterranean vegetables, and pan con tomate as sides. The Ilustrado Christmas Dinner is good for 10 persons and available at Php 20,000 nett.
