Available from December 20 to January 1 for lunch and dinner at P3,600++ per person, the menu consists of: Chilled 10-head Chilean Abalone and Cuttlefish with Bonito-infused Vinaigrette Jelly; Braised Sea Treasures and Crab Meat in Fish Broth; Steamed Cod Fish Fillet with Fragrant Garlic, Ginger and Pickled Radish; Wok-fried Australian Beef Tenderloin with Fragrant Szechuan Pepper Sauce; Wok-fried Fragrant Crab Meat Rice with Seafood and Egg White; and Chilled Pear in Oolong Rose Tea accompanied by Steamed Pandan Bun with Salted Egg Custard filling, and Caramelized Winter Melon and Walnuts.

Nobu Manila, apart from its famed Sunday Brunch exclusively available for the month of December, highlights world renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s new-style Japanese cuisine in its six-course Christmas and New Year Omakase menus. Infused with Japanese-Peruvian flavors, the globally popular restaurant’s holiday Omakase menus are available for P5,600++ per person on December 24 to 25 and December 31 to January 1 respectively. Al fresco dining is available at Nobu’s scenic cabanas and patio, while two private rooms are also offered for indoor dining.

The Christmas Omakase starts with a zensai of Spicy Tuna with Crispy Rice, to awaken the palate for the six courses that follow: Nobu Sashimi Platter consisting of Ankimo (monkfish liver) with Yuzu Miso, Yellowtail Tartare and Pacific Oyster with Nobu Salsa; an assortment of Nobu Sushi consisting of Hirame Kobujime (flatfish cured in seaweed) with Dried Miso, Salmon New Style, Botan Ebi (shrimp) Tiradito and Tamago, as second course; followed by Nobu’s signature Black Cod Miso with Foie Gras and Hajikami (pickled ginger sprout). The menu continues with an indulgent dish of Braised Beef Cheeks with Seasonal Mushrooms, Daikon, Roasted Garlic, and Nobu Cabernet Demi Reduction; and ending with Clear Soup with Udon Noodles and Negi, followed by a luscious dessert of Dark Chocolate Souffle with Christmas Pudding Ice Cream and Cinnamon Sugar.

For its six-course New Year Omakase menu, Nobu Manila entices diners with a complimentary welcome champagne and zensai leading to the first course of Nobu Assorted Canapes: Seared Engawa (fluke fin) with Kizami Yuzu (yuzu peel), Taco Carpaccio, Wagyu Taco, and Chicken ‘Nugget’ Katsu; followed by seasonal selection of Nobu Sushi Cups of White Fish Umajime, Botan Ebi and Salmon Belly. Sea Bass Tempura with Cilantro and Jalapeno and Red Onion Salsa sets the palate for the fourth and fifth courses, consisting of Surf and Turf Duo of Umami Marinated Salmon with Pickled Tomato Salad and Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras Emulsion, Mushroom and Sweet Potato Korokke (croquette); and Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) with Assorted Seafood, Truffle and Green Tea Sea Salt. Matcha Tiramisu with Red Bean Paste and Gekkeikan Sake concludes the Omakase.
