Working abroad is a dream for many Filipinos, especially for nurses and healthcare professionals—not only are they offered bigger pay, but they also enjoy a better working environment and growth opportunities in their careers. However, part of the dream is working hard to make it come true.

For many Filipino healthcare professionals, their journey starts by collecting all the necessary documents such as education and employment records, as well as license and certifications. Once these are all in order, the job application process becomes easier when the documents are all verified by one primary source verification site such as TrueProfile.io, a platform that provides Filipino healthcare professionals around the world with the tools they need to secure a lucrative career abroad.

At TrueProfile.io, blockchain technology is used. This means that applicants no longer need to verify their documents over and over again when they apply. They can simply verify once, and a digital fingerprint of their verification is stored on the blockchain, which is fully owned and controlled by the applicant.
“Job applicants increase their chances of getting hired when they have fully verified their documents. But of course, part of the process is completing all the information to give employers and recruiters a full understanding of their professional background,” said TrueProfile.io co-founder, Alejandro Coca.

To verify, interested applicants can simply create an account on TrueProfile.io (https://member.trueprofile.io/register), build a myTrueProfile.io page, and then set contact settings to the ‘Recommended’ option in order to attract new career opportunities.

By signing up to become a member, TrueProfile.io offers its members with a number of career solutions including access to the TrueProfile.io jobs platform where they can browse and apply for global job opportunities, a free digital CV that can be shared with employers, regulators and recruiters and can also be showcased on social media. The TrueProfile.io platform is completely free of charge. There are no fees to sign up and no costs for building a myTrueProfile page, accessing career resources, or applying for jobs.

Moreover, TrueProfile.io’s extensive partnerships abroad means members have access to a wealth of opportunities on a global scale. By having their own TrueProfile account, and the platform utilizing the blockchain technology, they are one step closer to achieving their dream of working overseas.
