In their first year expanding to the Asia-Pacific region, PIK, Russia and Europe’s largest technology and homebuilding company, has been recognized as the Breakthrough Developer at the latest PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.
PIK was awarded for bringing its expertise in advancing real estate with technology to the country, and was particularly recognized for its excellent image, track record, innovation, major achievements, and quality of projects. The Breakthrough Developer award is one of the biggest awards of the night, highlighting how PIK has laid out a strong foundation for the future of their investments here in the Philippines.
“We develop spaces built with European design and quality standards so that our residents can truly enjoy a more leisurely way of living,” said PIK International CEO and Operations Director Roman Mukhomadeev in his acceptance speech. One Sierra, PIK’s first investment in the country, was officially launched in March of this year. The residential project was also highly commended in the category for Best Upper Mid End Condo Development (Metro Manila).
Mukhomadeev shares that PIK is happy to have brought in new technologies that will help advance the real estate landscape of the Philippines, including PIK’s fully-digital sales platform that has proven to be of value with the rise of socially distanced arrangements.
At the recently held virtual gala event, PIK also received a special recognition award for their Environmental and Social Governance – an award honouring real estate developers who are committed to their pursuit to be socially and environmentally responsible. With more discerning and conscious investors, it has become vital for any business to do well in their ESG reports.
PropertyGuru shares, “With a corporate philosophy that focuses on green building compliance and sustainability plus eco-technology, a strong future place at the development table is destined”.
