Torre Lorenzo turning over two premium residential projects in Manila

Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) is turning over premium residential units in 3Torre Lorenzo on P. Ocampo Street (formerly Vito Cruz) corner Taft Avenue in Manila; and Torre Lorenzo Malate (TLM) on Malvar Street in Malate, Manila.

Now that universities and offices in Metro Manila are starting to resume hybrid and face-to-face arrangements, the location of these residential units make them ideal homes for those who need to live close to where they work or study.

“We’re excited to turn over our premium residences in Malate and Taft on schedule and can’t wait for residents to come and experience the Torre Lorenzo difference,” said TLDC President and CEO Tomas Lorenzo. “We have designed these towers with only the best amenities at par with what international residential condominiums offer with an intent to give Filipinos an option to elevate their lifestyles.”

TLDC held an inauguration ceremony this week to bless 3Torre Lorenzo, the newest premium residences in its portfolio. Units are now move-in ready in the 37-storey building located in the Taft University area, which is walking distance away from daily essentials like groceries, banks, restaurants, and medical care facilities. It is also a quick drive away from the business districts of Makati and Pasay.

TLDC constantly innovates to ensure that each project will be better than the last. Hinged on the insights and learnings from the success of 1Torre Lorenzo and 2Torre Lorenzo, 3Torre Lorenzo units are designed with convenient, modern touches. Access to generous spaces for health, recreation and relaxation are part of the design, from the Sky Deck and Sky Lounge to a 25-meter lap pool, fitness center, yoga studio, meeting rooms and social spaces where guests can entertain visitors.

Also ready for occupancy is the 45-storey Torre Lorenzo Malate. The development features three distinct “experiences” that offer elegant living and stunning views of Manila Bay: the signature premium residential condominium units at the Residences at TLM, and the stylish serviced residences at The Suites and lyf at TLM managed by international lodging operator The Ascott Limited.

Torre Lorenzo Malate stands in the midst of a bustling hub of activity with it being surrounded by commercial establishments, and food and lifestyle options. It is also just a short ride away from top universities, hospitals, and other civic institutions. Even with the economic activity in the area, the Malvar neighborhood is itself quiet and safe, making it ideal for residents.

Retail centers at each property are nearing completion which, once open, will provide residents with the convenience of all daily essentials without having to leave the property. As security and safety are the hallmark of every TLDC development, 24/7 security is provided with security cameras and electronic access cards that ensure that only unit owners could enter private and residential areas of the buildings.

“For those seeking to invest, our properties are suitable for flexible end-use,” says TLDC Chief Operations Officer Cathy Casares-Ko. “Whether for students looking for homes near their universities, or professionals in hybrid work arrangements, our units are strategically located and well-maintained by an in-house property management team to ensure that those who invest in our properties can be assured of value-appreciation.”
