Get a taste of premium quality, grain-fed Canadian beef in an All About Beef feast highlighting smokehouse-grilled specialty – Smoked Canadian Prime Rib. The Food Truck also offers Canadian Beef inspired highlights such as beef sisig, Steak Fajitas and Taco Salad, made with Canadian AAA Ribeye Steak, Mexican Barbacoa Beef, Black Pepper Beef Burger Bao, and a whole lot more. End the night with a sweet note with delicious desserts including deep-fried dessert a la Mode and DIY Ice Cream sundae cart. Enjoy this outdoor dining experience with free-flowing soda, local beers, iced tea, and white & red wine.
