BBDO Guerrero brought home four awards for three of the campaigns it produced in the past year at the recently concluded 2022 Boomerang Awards hosted by the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines.
BBDO Guerrero and Unilever’s Selecta Happinas campaign was awarded the GrabAds Super App Boomerang. The special award was given to the campaign that elevates the integration of application ecosystems in innovative ways to drive brand and/or business objectives.
“The purpose behind the Selecta Happinas campaign is to reconnect Filipinos with their loved ones through the happiness brought by ice cream during the height of the pandemic. BBDO Guerrero won a Silver in the Branded Experience category and a Bronze in Entertainment for the Pepsi Can Light Stick – an initiative that transformed limited edition Blackpink Pepsi cans into Light Sticks through the use of an AR filter on Instagram and Facebook.
Meanwhile, the 5-minute film “Our Gift to the World” made for the Department of Trade Industry’s Bangkota Philippine Pavillion bagged a Bronze under the Entertainment category.
