In celebration of International Women’s Month, premier telecommunications company Eastern Communications partners with the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), a global leader in personal and corporate image consultants, in an effort to empower women leaders in business.
Eastern Communications, together with AICI, supports the said advocacy following this year’s global theme #BreakTheBias, promoting a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. This partnership sheds light on the importance of technology in providing the right channels and opportunities for women to thrive in their respective fields.
In line with this advocacy, Eastern Communications supports AICI’s webinar entitled #BreakTheBias. The webinar is graced by guest speaker Yvonne Thompson, CBE DLGL, an activist, inspirational speaker, and life coach. Eastern Communications and AICI are also collaborating with various business chambers to celebrate Women’s Month through a series of inspirational webinars.
As a company, Eastern Communications has been leading the charge in highlighting the critical role of women in technology. This is personified by one of its women leaders, Atty. Aileen Regio, whose leadership has been instrumental to the company’s resilience, growth, and success, even during the pandemic.
“It has always been our commitment to empower women and create women leaders in the workplace. The field of technology is a vast domain of opportunities to carve one’s career and pursue various interests. Eastern Communications is at the forefront of providing equal access to such opportunities that will advance their professional and personal goals. We thank AICI for partnering with us in celebrating women’s achievements and their contribution to society,” said Eastern Communications Co-Coordinator Atty. Aileen Regio.
“AICI is one with Eastern Communications in giving women the same opportunities through leveraging technology in order to reach their fullest potential. On behalf of the entire organization, we are very honored to collaborate with an industry leader like Eastern Communications for such significant advocacy,” shared AICI President Lilian Bustamante.
