Shangri-La Plaza wraps up a #DealightfulAugust with the sweetest event of the year at the Sweet Escape, a fun dessert fair whipped up in partnership with The Honest Harvest community market.

Head over to the Grand Atrium on August 25-28 and indulge in delectable creations from some of the metro’s beloved pastry makers who surely know how to satisfy every sweet craving. Sweet Escape is every sweet tooth’s dream come true, offering a variety of treats imaginable—from cotton candy sculptures to Filipino desserts.

Missing those light and fluffy cotton candy creations? Relive childhood memories at the Lollipuffs Cotton Candy booth to enjoy these light cottony sweet structures in more exciting shapes and colors. For other snackable sweets, try out Zachy’s Pastillas which offers pastillas in a wide range of familiar flavors like milky, ube, mango, and buko pandan and unique offerings like avocado, matcha, strawberry, cookies and cream, and even chocolate mint. Foodies and mall guests at the Sweet Escape fair can also find mini pecan pies from Homemade by Rita and favorite Filipino desserts in tubs like Hot Taro Sago, AvoCoco, and Coffee Jelly from The Creamery Catering.

There’s also going to be a coffee pop-up at the Sweet Escape. C&M Coffee is going to be part of the dessert fair to serve coffee that perfectly goes with any of the sweet offerings at the event. Get the classic espresso drinks like Americano and Café Latte in convenient bottles that can be easily carried around. They also offer Strawberry Latte for those looking for more sweetness in their beverage.

Popular Shang food brands are also part of Sweet Escape. The dessert fair also features Auntie Anne’s and their hand-baked pretzels, Big Chill and their healthy juices and smoothies, and Gorae and their Korean style hotdogs and bungeoppang or fish-shaped pastries stuffed with some sweet filling (traditionally it’s red bean but they offer an ube one too!).

These are just a part of the entire dessert spread that foodies and mall guests can taste at the #SweetEscapeattheShang. More merchants that serve other types of sweets like doughnuts, cookies, tarts, chocolate truffles, and other baked goods and other treats are also part of the fair—making sure that every sweet craving is satisfied!

Don’t miss the sweetest feast of the year. Head over to one of the metro’s favorite dining destinations and catch Sweet Escape at the Grand Atrium in Shang on August 25-28.
