Telecommunications and digital solutions provider InfiniVAN, Inc. a subsidiary of Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed IPS, Inc., has been awarded the International Organization for Standardization Certification ISO 9001:2015 for its Quality Management System (QMS) that secures the quality and reliability of services to its clients or customers.

ISO 9001:2015 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system. The breakthrough is part of the company’s consistent commitment to be recognized as a company that redefines the standards of quality and service in the telco industry.

After management consulting and training firm FCU Solutions, Inc. conducted an Appreciation Workshop for ISO 9001:2015 at InfiniVAN, Inc. in November 2021, the company was inspired to take on the standard certification. This meant it would work towards and commit to provide products and services that meet customer and other related requirements, develop and implement a Quality Policy to fulfill its objectives, demonstrate leadership and commitment to the QMS, reduce the risks in the implementing processes and improve the performance of the QMS.

“We moved towards ISO certification because we aim to be the benchmark for telecommunications and digital solutions and prove it too. With the ISO certification, our customers will be assured of the quality of our service and our commitment to continually improve on our offerings. It will demonstrate our mission and vision towards continuous and sustainable improvement,” said Engr. Edgardo A. Opulencia, InfiniVAN’s COO.

Engr. Opulencia added that the ISO certification is a milestone and a great achievement for the company as a whole as it prepares and continuously improves Infinivan’s conformities, processes, and operations. With it, InfiniVAN’s top management commits to ensure adequate resources and support to help the company achieve its goals.
