Their properties include their NCR+ hotels namely Belmont Hotel Manila and Savoy Hotel Manila located in Newport Pasay, Kingsford Hotel Manila within the Entertainment City in Paranaque, Hotel Lucky Chinatown in Binondo, Eastwood Richmonde Hotel and Richmonde Hotel Ortigas, and Twin Lakes Hotel near Tagaytay. As for the Visayas area, job vacancies are also available with Savoy and Belmont Hotel located at the Boracay Newcoast, together with Richmonde Hotel Iloilo in the Iloilo Business Park. Currently, more than 40% of the demand for manpower comes from Belmont Hotel Mactan Newtown. This new hotel is set to open soon before the end of the year with its 550 rooms, function room, 2 outlets and other facilities. The new hotel add to a total of 1,100 rooms inventory for Cebu alone making MHR the largest hotel management brand to operate in the region.
