Today, Nov 8th, 2022, after 3 years in the Philippines, PartnerHero is proud to announce the grand opening of our first fully private office in the country, at Cyberpark 1 in Araneta, Cubao, Quezon City.
PartnerHero first came to the Philippines in 2019 with the goal of being a different kind of employer in the local BPO space. One of our core operating principles is that “culture leads, success follows,” which means that rather than trying to squeeze as much economic output out of their associates as possible, they start by focusing on their people and let business success come as a result.
The roots of PartnerHero’s culture are their core values: caring for others, manifesting trust, and allowing everyone to be exactly who they are, at all times. This mindset is unique in the BPO industry in the Philippines, and because of this they’ve been able to grow rapidly from 0 to 500.

PartnerHero COO and President Heather Casey is in Cubao visiting from the US to join the ribbon cutting and launch festivities. Their growth would have not been possible without the efforts and dedication of their employees. From the PartnerHero site blessing, ribbon cutting, and launch, the team paraded from Cyberpark 1 to the Novotel Hotel escorted by the drum beaters in Philippine Fiesta style to celebrate this milestone. The event was graced by local government, CCAP representatives as well as the Araneta area representative.
Immediately after the program PartnerHero will be followed by their very first open house recruitment at the 7th floor of Cyberpark Tower 1, Cubao QC from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
