The latest addition located in Clark International Airport (CRK) in Pampanga, Philippines which consists of holistic aviation hospitality services – Plaza Premium Lounge, ALLWAYS (Airport Meet & Assist services) and TGM Root98 (airport dining outlet) complements the airport passenger services with a modern twist on redefining the premium services – ranging from contemporary and bright lounge design (Plaza Premium Lounge), end-to-end meet & assist services (ALLWAYS) to irresistible JAKO (Japanese Korean) dishes (TGM Root98).
Soft launched in late August 2022, Plaza Premium Lounge is located at the Level 3, International Departures and features space to work, unwind and recharge during transit or departures. Passengers are greeted by a welcome desk – bright and facing a greenery back wall to instil a fresh and warm feeling during lounge admission. Upon entering the space, passengers may find the lounge space to be inviting and aspirational with the mix used of furniture composition on its colour and seating arrangement. Further establishing itself as a conduit between passengers and the local community, a curated range of local products, materials and artwork has been selected to provide a subtle layer of local personality for each port, making it even more unique through local sense touchpoints.
With the aim to redefine comfort for business, leisure and family travellers, Plaza Premium Lounge is well-designed to be used with inclusion of homely nuances feature throughout the space to ensure all feels welcome to engage with the space. Staying true to its customer-centric approach, a variety of seating types, styles and configurations is available and designed thoughtfully to ensure every traveller fit in their perfect place within the lounge. Complemented with a range of local and international food offer alongside a self-serve coffee and drink station, the lounge is the prime option for passengers’ layover compared to the other available F&B concessionaires. Pay-per-use lounge services are also accessible to all travellers with shower facilities, VIP Meet & Greet services, in-lounge flight information and smoking room. The lounge admission is now available at PHP 2,480 for 2-hour use.
To further enhance on the food and beverage offers, Plaza Premium Group introduced an in-depth experience of menu customisation with the opening of TGM Root98 and Bar which is adjacent to Plaza Premium Lounge. This airport dining outlet is a global dining food concept which promotes JAKO – a fusion eatery of Japanese and Korean cuisine. Pride with its locally sourced ingredients with plant-based and vegan food options, TGM Root98 encourages all diners to eat well and eat sustainably. For travellers who favour unique dining experiences with relatively short dwell time in airport, this dining outlet is an exceptional dining option with its extensive JAKO menu highlights of Beef Bibimbap, Tonkatsu Curry Don, Beef Gyudon and Korean Seafood Tofu Stew.
Following the launch of Plaza Premium Lounge, the Group keeps close to its mission to Make Travel Better with the introduction of ALLWAYS – a bespoke Meet & Assist service, a service continuation after its first launch in Cebu in 2019. Located at Level 3 Departure Hall, where CRK passengers can come in accompanied by immediate family members, ALLWAYS provides seamless airport experience from dedicated meet and greet service during Departure, Transit and Arrival to smooth coordination till transportation pick-up point. Passengers who are in wait for ALLWAYS service may visit the dedicated ALLWAYS Lounge – a secured lounge area with baggage handling, luggage wrapping and concierge services to ease the airport journey experience.
