Next generation features
The G502 X features a LIGHTFORCE Hybrid Switch. The all-new hybrid optical switches have incredible speed and reliability, as well as precise actuation with crisp response. LIGHTFORCE is a revolutionary microswitch technology that combines the performance and durability benefits of optical switches with the important actuation feel of mechanical switches that gamers love.
Another feature is the Hyperfast Scroll Wheel. Spin the lightened wheel freely in hyperfast mode, or switch with a click to ratcheted mode for precise scrolling. Plus, tilt left and right for two additional, fully programmable controls.
The new DPI-Shift Button is an added option for the perfect fit to accommodate a variety of hand sizes and grip styles.
The G502 X can glide while maintaining control. PTFE feet provide glide with optimized surface area, and are balanced for a frictionless feel and total control, including low friction while still offering control.
The G502 X uses the high-precision gaming HERO 25K Sensor tracking. It has a 1:1 accuracy at sub-micron levels and zero smoothing, filtering or acceleration, and has up to 5 preferred sensitivities with G HUB software.
Along with activity and performance without the wire and, when combined with LIGHTFORCE, features response times 68 percent faster than the previous generation. The LIGHTSPEED wireless protocol update also allows gamers to connect two LIGHTSPEED devices to one receiver using the Device Pairing Tool in G HUB. Players can choose to operate G502 X with the same receiver as their Logitech G915, G915 TKL, or G715 gaming keyboards.
In addition, the G502 X line is compatible with Logitech G POWERPLAY wireless charging mats for unlimited battery life without wires.
