Fully-vaccinated travellers on all SIA flights will enjoy quarantine-free entry into Singapore, without the need for any pre-departure or on-arrival tests. Non-fully vaccinated travellers entering Singapore will no longer need to serve 7-day Stay-Home-Notice (SHN) on arrival nor be subject to an exit-SHN PCR test. However, they will be required to test negative on a pre-departure test within two days before departing for Singapre1.
