SmarTrade celebrated its 5th year in the Philippines with a festive gala held recently at the Grand Ballroom of Okada Manila in appreciation for its various partners, clients, employees, and stakeholders.
In an evening of thanksgiving filled with grand prizes and surprises, SmarTrade acknowledged the importance of having the support of its network in making possible its mission and vision of bringing world-class financial education to Filipinos.
Guests were treated to the musical ensemble of Duncan Ramos, Chloe Redondo, and Project M. Lucky raffle winners also took home gadgets and gizmos from Asus laptops, Samsung tablets, and a brand-new BMW motorcycle.
“We are celebrating the fifth year of our journey in the Philippines and to say that it was a rollercoaster ride is an understatement,” says Joyce Mayo, President & CEO of SmarTrade. “In the past five years, we encountered major challenges, the pandemic being a big part of it, but with everyone’s efforts, we were able to stand tall and strong in bringing financial education to different parts of the country. This celebration is our way of giving thanks to everyone and marking this momentous occasion.”
SmarTrade has grown exponentially in the past five years. From a humble company of three employees, it now has a team of more than 30 employees. It continuously opens doors to talents who are passionate about learning and teaching financial education. Because of the efforts of all staff and partners, SmarTrade has reached more than 500 cities and provinces nationwide, providing free learning sessions to over 36,000 Filipinos on how they can build wealth through online trading.
