Paramount Pictures’ terrifying new horror feature “Smile” is set to make its world premiere as the Opening Night Film at the Fantastic Fest 2022, running from September 22nd – 29th in Austin, Texas.
To mark the announcement, Paramount has unveiled the main poster art for Smile which may be seen below.
Smile has been described as the intensely creepy debut feature from Parker Finn, with even the seasoned Fantastic Fest crowd gripping their armrests in genuine fright.

About Smile
