Fresh will hold a Filipino Food Festival on June 12 to celebrate the country’s Independence Day. This will also highlight Solaire’s Filipino Culinary Team headed by Chef Rodolfo “Jun” Perreras. The special spread will feature recipes from all over the Philippines wherein diners will discover new tastes of genuine Filipino cuisine in an endless array of dishes that includes kilawin, adobo bringhe, and pork sisig from Pampanga, Bacolod’s traditional inasal na manok, kansi from Iloilo, and curacha in Alavar Sauce of Zamboanga, everyone’s favorite Lechon, and many more. The tastes and sensations from Filipino favorites will serve delicious courses which include 5 different styles of kilawin from all over the Philippines using a variety of local vinegar.
