The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League in the Philippines (MPL-PH) is right around the corner, and much have changed in the league with the return and departure of some of the key players in the MLBB scene.
With the theme “LAKAS NA10 TO,” the league aims to celebrate one of the world’s largest and most dominant Mobile Legends: Bang Bang player base. The season will also showcase the country’s world-class performance. Here are the top things to anticipate in the upcoming MPL-PH Season 10:
1. V33Wise returns: Is three-times the charm for Blacklist International?
MPL superstars Johnmar “OhMyV33nus” Villaluna and Danerie James “Wise” Del Rosario will return to the active roster of world-renowned Blacklist International. The power duo just came from a successful SEA Games finish, taking home gold medals for the Philippines. Will the team become the first-ever three-time MPL-PH champions? Teams much watch out.
2. A tournament like never before
MPL esports athletes will see a whole new different season with the recent cross-regional transfers and roster overhauls. Will Superteam ECHO finally end their championship drought season with their new coach Archie “Tictac” Reyes? Was it a wise decision for ONIC PH to parade an entirely new lineup?
3. MPL personality Dogie joins the main five
The season just got more exciting with MPL personalities joining the teams. Recently, Setsuna Ignacio, commonly known as “Dogie” will join as “BATUTE.” Will this movement elevate their rankings?
4. Will RSG PH defend MPL-PH crown?
Fresh from winning the MPL-PH Season 9 and MSC 2022, RSG Philippines will have to train harder to defend its glory. Is retaining their original roster a wise move to ensure the team’s chemistry? Or will it give other teams an advantage to counter their move, based on how they performed in the previous season?
5. A Season of Throwbacks
The season will celebrate MPL-PH professional athletes by recognizing them and their unparalleled level of performance. MPL Philippines will look back and commemorate the best MPL-PH moments through a series of videos. Moreover, the “Hall of Legends” program will choose ten (10) best MPL-PH athletes of all time. Fans can vote too!

7. Can Coach Duckeyyy finally make things happen for the Bren squad?
Francis John Glindro, popularly known as “Coach Duckeyyy” has been in the league since its 5th season. With his years of expertise in leading a team, will he finally propel the team to success and once again compete in the world championship in January? This team should not be ignored as they once became the champions of MPL-PH Season 1, Season 6, MSC 2018, and M2 World Championship.
8. M3 Estes Skin is coming soon
After months of developing the skin, MOONTON Games will soon release the Blacklist International Estes. The international gaming developer and publisher has been working with the team to fine tune its design. Fans can participate in-game discount activities to get the most-awaited Estes skin.
9. Who will represent the Philippines to the upcoming M4 World Championship
The M4 World Championship will take place from January 1 to 15, 2023. Will fans be seeing a new team representing the country this time?
