Accor, the region’s largest international hotel operator with 5,300 hotels, 10,000+ restaurants and bars, and more than 230,000 team members across 110 countries, has successfully concluded its Accor Customer Sales Weeks in Southeast Asia, which included a wide range of exciting events and activities to say “ALL Thanks To You” to its trade, sales and business partners in the Philippines.
Accor’s hotels, resorts and regional sales offices staged sales blitzes in Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam in March 2023 to show their appreciation for their top trade partners and key accounts. Based on the theme “ALL Thanks To You”, these multi-faceted events allowed the company to show its appreciation to the travel industry and introduce ALL – Accor Live Limitless – the group’s excellent lifestyle loyalty program and all-in-one online booking platform.
In the Philippines, “ALL Thanks to You” was launched on 24th March with a media kick-off event held at the Long Bar of Raffles Makati. The General Managers, Hotel Managers and key executives of 10 Accor hotels and resorts in the Philippines played host to a number of media outfits engaged in business, travel and tourism and food publications, together with Accor’s Director of Development, Mr. Kash Salvador, who presented the group’s exciting expansion plans with 16 projects in the pipeline for the Philippines.
The “ALL Thanks to You” sales blitz took place from 27th March until 31st March and was participated by Accor’s Hotels in the Philippine such as Raffles Makati, Fairmont Makati, Raffles Residences Makati, Sofitel Philippine Plaza, Swissôtel Clark, Admiral Hotel Manila MGallery, Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay, Novotel Manila Araneta City, Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua, and Joy~Nostalg Hotel and Suites Manila. The hotel and resort representatives visited key partners in Metro Manila, which included Government, Tour Operators, DMCs, Travel Agents and Corporate accounts with a simple message to partners – “ALL Thanks to You”! The visit was very timely to these partners, as everyone is optimistic about the travel industry trends in the Philippines.
Finally, Accor provided an important update on the Group’s commitment to sustainability, which includes removing all single-use plastic items from the guest experience and reaching net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
“Our Accor Customer Sales Weeks in Southeast Asia were a great success. It was a real pleasure to meet with so many of our valued travel trade partners and key accounts in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. This is one of the world’s most dynamic regions and a key driver of global travel and tourism. We look forward to continue working hand-in-hand with our esteemed industry partners across the region,” said Garth Simmons, Chief Executive Officer for Accor’s Premium, Midscale, and Economy Division in South & Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea & India.
