The event was graced by President and Dean of the Asian Institute of Management, Jikyeong Kang, and was attended by close to 300 guests, including key representatives from various Great Place To Work® Certified™ organizations in the Philippines.

For the first time in-person, a total of 35 companies were recognized as the Philippines Best Workplaces for 2023 in three categories: Small for companies with 10-99 employees, Medium for companies with 100-999 employees, and Large for companies with 1000 employees and above.
