Carmen’s Best, a proudly Filipino-owned gourmet ice cream brand, opened a new store in SM Mall of Asia last December 1, 2023. This is its first expansion after its original branch in Rockwell, with a bigger space and a joyful new look following the recent relaunch of the brand.
This new ice cream parlor showcases a fresh and elevated look, and some menu exclusives to make its visitors’ dining experience more joyful. Exciting new offers on the menu include 3 flavors of Carmen’s Best ice cream cakes, more varieties of creamy milkshakes made with 100% fresh milk, and coffee offerings made more joyful with ice cream such as Affogato. The complete line up of Carmen’s Best gourmet flavors such as Salted Caramel, Strawberry, Malted Milk, Dark Chocolate and Brazilian Coffee to name some, will be available in scoops and cones that families can share and enjoy. The menu is also expected to include more limited-edition items in the coming months to make each visit more memorable.
According to Jovy Hernandez, President and CEO of Metro Pacific Agro Ventures and Carmen’s Best, “There’s no better joy than seeing more Filipino families enjoying our best-in-class, gourmet, and proudly local ice cream. Our goal is to build more of these joyful stores where families and friends can experience all that Carmen’s Best has to offer, and the joy that comes when you share it with people you love.”
Carmen’s Best Gourmet Ice Cream sets an unwavering standard of quality with its #NoShortCuts approach, refusing to compromise with substitutions or shortcuts when selecting premium ingredients. Using 100% fresh, 100% local milk from their farm in Laguna, Carmen’s Best is committed to delivering the highest of joys that only fresh milk can bring.
This new branch can also be booked for joyful celebrations such as parties and gatherings and can accommodate a maximum of 42 guests. Expect to hear more from Carmen’s Best in the future as it sets out to expand even further and bring more joy with its new and exciting offers to come.

Looks like Paco Magsaysay made a smart move partnering with Metro Pacific Agro Ventures. They plan to have contract dairy farms in other parts of the country.
