Leading developer in Visayas and in Mindanao Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) introduced the CLI Masters Circle, an exclusive rewards program for the company’s high-performing sellers and managing brokers.
Designed to recognize milestone achievements and to further inspire partner sellers, the program was launched on March 30 at the grand lobby of 38 Park Avenue, the listed company’s premier residential development at the Cebu IT Park. Leading the event was CLI Assistant Vice President for Corporate Communications and Customer Relations Janella Mae Soberano-Wu.
“You have extraordinarily pushed limits and have helped CLI become the company it is today – all because of your hard work, support and loyalty to CLI,” said Soberano-Wu during the launch to the inaugural members of the CLI Masters Circle.
The CLI Masters Circle features a three-tier structure with the categories Classic, Gold and Platinum. Staple rewards and perks across all tiers include a Masters Circle Premium Card and a CLI Masters Circle Badge. All CLI Masters Circle members likewise get to have a dedicated CLI team attend to their general and CLI Masters Circle-related inquiries. They qualify as well to receive newsletters on the latest updates about CLI.
Meanwhile, Gold and Platinum members will have exclusive access to the soon-to-open CLI Masters Lounge in Cebu. Moreover, Platinum members will have a priority lane in the CLI Cebu Flagship Sales Office. They also get to enjoy reserved seats to CLI events and CLI Night of the Masters, the company’s awards night for its top sellers.
“This is just the beginning of our exclusive rewards program, as we have lots of other exciting rewards in store, including more perks and discounts,” Soberano-Wu said.
CLI first vice-president for sales Rose Yulo also highlighted that Masters Circle is the company’s “unique way of acknowledging great contributions and awarding these efforts with special rewards distinct to each category, further sweetened by an even more elevated service befitting their stature.”
To qualify for membership to the CLI Masters Circle, sellers and managing brokers must be licensed PRC real estate sellers or brokers and registered with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development.
The CLI Masters Circle determines membership level based on accumulated CLI property sales between November 1, 2021 and October 31, 2022. To become eligible for membership renewal, the qualifying amount of property sales must be maintained every year.
